Question: I am getting errors when uploading a photo, how do I fix it?

1. Check to make sure your photo is in the jpeg format
2. Check the name of the photo to be sure that it does not contain any special characters that might not be allowed by the website
3. Check to make sure your photo is not larger than 4 Mb
